Wonderful,stress free I have never bought a car were the salesman did not try to pressure me. Fred was wonderful, at no time did he pressure me. He let me look and test as many car as I wanted to. Friendy staff but detailing of car was dissapointing I purchased a 2015 Optima EX on 1/20/18. The car had just arrived at the lot and needed some attention as one of the side mirrors wasn't functional and bumper moulding and rear seat pull actuator were damaged. The people at EVO were very courteous and attentive to my questions and issues. They were able to remedy the problems with the car. Fast, easy & smooth Evo motors is by far the best dealership hands down! The customer service was excellent & the overall experience was top of the line! Buying a car has never been easier than at Evos. Even the financing was awesome got a super low rate & from picking the car to test driving it to financing it paperwork & leaving with my vehicle it took no more than an hour to an hour & a half; no that’s service!
Unique Shawn was very helpful and patient even when I was there after closing time! Overall this dealership was different than a normal dealership but was still great. Would definitely recommend.
